1. Singapore Home Prices Post Longest Losing Streak in 5 Years

The Singapore Home Prices has been decreasing consecutive and it was the longest losing streak in five years. This situation occured because the Singapore government started the campaign to cool prices in 2009. In addition, Singapore implemented the policy that the amount individuals can borrow new taxes and higer down payment. However Donald Han, managing director of Chesterton Singapore Pte, insisted it is healthy correction though it has dropped.

In short, Singapore government reduced the home prices. In this article, there are no reasons why they do it but I think it is for the life quality improvement of Singaporean nations. Whereas if the prices get lower so musch, the propety prices of Singapore will be trivial. Consequently they will be in danger of financial difficulties by being loosen of foreign trades. Finally I want to suggest them to keep the prices of each bulings because I heard the designs of buildings in Singapore are different each other so I think they have their own worth.

2. Flora Drive now largest dengue cluster in Singapore

July 2, 164 cases of dangue have been reported at Flora Dive and it is the largest dangue cluster in Singapore. Among them, there are 26 high-risk cluster areas and it is hard of pest control companies to access there. It's because they must need pemits for entry and the authorities are working with owners to run dengue checks once a week. About these obstacles, Dr.Mohamad Maliki Osman said that the grassroots leaders and the condo managements should cooperate together to eliminate that mosquitoes.

Dangue is a kind of serious fever virus causes by mosquitoes. According to this article, though the dangue cluster areas are remote it is dangerous for people's health and I think so too. Thus this problem must be solved and the government should allow the dangue check free. If not, it will be difficult to solve the danger continuously also the cluster area will be able to be wider and wider in Singapore. I hope Singapore reduce the dangue cluster area as soon as possible for their nations and foreign tourists.

3. 'Spirit of Singapore' boat ride coming to Sentosa

In Sentosa, an island in Singapore, 'Sprit of Singapore' boat ride is being revamped with new attraction. It is expected to be a iconic local landmark and the ride will connect the new wax museam to the existing 'Images of Singapore' attrction in the same bulding. 'Images of Singapore' is also ready to get a new look but it will keep its old attraction. Furthermore other more cultural things are being reinvented to improve the footfall of tourists.

Already Sentosa island is known well to world people as many famous attractions such like acuarium, pink dolphin show, Merlion statue observatory and fourtain music show. etc. Now they are preparing new things and I feel certain that it will be hit perpectly to attract the tourists' interest and increase the footfall in not only Sentosa but also almost areas of Singapore. Futhermoer I hope to visit Sentosa again and try the 'Spirit of Singafore' boat riding after the revamping is finished.
